About Me

Joy is an associate broker at Century 21, Barbara Patterson in South Berwick and is licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire. Joy is a lifelong resident of the seacoast area and currently lives in South Berwick with her husband, two sons and crazy pup Darby.

Along with being a trained and experienced paralegal working for the Cumberland County District Attorney's Office, She also spent 10 years working for her family's restaurant and banquet hall in South Berwick. During her time with the family business, she assisted in management operations, but my primary function was to help patrons plan their various functions. Whether it was an extravagant wedding, a company function, or a diamond anniversary party, her consistent attention to detail coupled with her sensitivity to different personalities and circumstances provided her clients with wonderful lasting memories.
